About
Hello! I’m Dr Deb Roberts, a Melbourne-based small-business owner operating in the wellbeing space.
The wellbeing model I utilise draws on the discipline of yoga in combination with academic and field experience in public health programs and my own lived experience.
I teach yoga and meditation in person in Melbourne and online to serve the international community.
Over the past 10 years my business has evolved from having a school’s based yoga program into building a brand that provides yoga, meditation, speaking and conversation services.
Dr Deb Roberts Wellbeing emerged as a way to continue turning up to what life unfolds and sharing that with individuals, groups, corporate teams, sports personalities, sporting clubs and wellbeing brands.
I have had two family members who have ended their life through suicide seeing no treatment pathway forward. One was my older sister who tried countless medicine combinations, therapies and facilities over 30 years. My book No Guilt, Just Love is the culmination of living through losing a sister and my own mental health struggles and forging a pathway forward.
I’ve served as the podcast host for the Mind Medicine Australia podcast where I interviewed international and Australian guests from all walks of life
I am also proud to be an Ambassador & Speaker for Beyond Blue, Australia’s leading mental health advocacy organisation.
My unique approach combines western and eastern health methodologies and a philosophic inquiry that fuels my passion for self-care.
My mission is to create healthier and kinder communities by taking action to support the physical and mental health of groups and individuals.
I invite you to visit my services page and see which one of my workshops or seminars would best support you and your team.
