1.    Each Tuesday afternoon you will be sent the link with a fresh weekly Breathing Break

2. Decide when you will practice. Slot the link it into your diary so you know when you are committing to it.

3. Set the conditions for doing the practice may include 

  •  Turning your ringer off

  • You might like to sit at your desk or go outside for some fresh air

  • An open mind toward wellbeing
